我和老公，还有我妈妈今天早上去签了美国旅游B2签证，签过了，比较顺利，在此记录下准备过程及签证过程。
首先在网上找了很多攻略来看，知道大致流程，要电话预约，我是先等公司开好在职/收入/准假证明才去电话预约的，当然如果时间紧也可以先预约。一般会排在电话2周以后面签。
材料准备里面分必备材料和补充材料。
必备材料包括：
1 Passport护照
2 D156 表格
3 D157 表格
4 Photos照片2张50*50
5 Receipt of China Citic Bank 中信银行缴费收据
补充材料包括：
1 Employment/Annual Leave Permit/Income Certificate 在职/准假/收入证明
2 Name Card名片
3 Entrance Card of the company公司门禁卡
4 Copy of Business License of the company公司营业执照复印件
5 Salary Certificates provided by the bank 工资流水清单（银行）/工资单（公司）
6 Certificate of Deposit 银行存款证明/ Bank Book 存折
7 Credit Card Statements信用卡账单
8 Property Ownership Certificate房产证
9 Vehicle License汽车行驶证
10 Marriage Certificate结婚证/ Retirement Certificate退休证
11 Hukou of the family户口簿
12 National ID Card身份证
13 Photos of the wedding and family travels结婚照片/家庭合照
14 USA Travel Schedule旅行计划书
15 Flight Tickets Booking Sheet机票预订单

我按照要求把所有表格都填写完毕，所有我们三人的补充材料都准备好，去中信银行付了签证费，就等今天早上面签了。
