In 3 of May 2018, we started our adventure around of Jiangsu Province – China. With a mixed group, as Brazilian, Russian, American and Italian, all with our own cultures, we was so exciting to see the beauty around of Jiangsu and feel the tasty of Chinese culture.Here we go!In our first day, we went to Wuxi, an incredible and green place, full of nature. Our first stop was in a restaurant where we could try delicious and local foods.Tastes to all paladar, vegetables to different kind of meats, with special Chinese sauces.And then, finally on our way to Dangkou Town. A place with old architecture, small stores, small bridges, a really lovely place. Then we met a kind gentleman who took us to a boat trip on the ancient canal.We could really feel the life by water there, appreciating all the nature around.At Wuxi, we could also explore the night life at Qingming Bridge, where is full of lights, and more stores around, where you can find a place to try some local foods and buy some souvenires.In the second day of our adventure we had more time to explore Wuxi City, so we went to the Scenic Area, Yuantouzhu Garden, and Xihui Park. You can see part of our moments in these pictures.The feeling was like we’re in a movie, tipic chinese Architecture, concerts in a boat, the great lighthouse, where formerly a boat harbor, and more local foods. Wuxi is nice place to relax and really touched our hearts with these special moments, in all details.Next stop was Nanjing City, were before usually to be the capital in Jiangsu. Nanjing is a big city, full of mixes, you can find big buildings and huge structures to a lot of trees on the road. A really interest place to see.There we could learn about the Chinese history at the Ming City Museum, and in the city wall, from the Ming Dynasty, a huge construction, that showed the power of the imperial. There we had a tea experience, were we could learn how to properly prepare our tea, and also how to write in ink our names in chinese. And also visited Taien en Temple Ruins Park and Old Mengdong Historic District.And of course we could miss the famous Nanjing Eye, the futuristic side of Nanjing, there we could also appreciate the view and see the green Olympic Twin Towers. And the Jiangsu Grand Theatre, full of art and technology.After a long day exploring around, we get our way to our next spot: Taizhou City.First stop in Taizhou Yunhai Hot Spring, time to relax, in flavored waters, hot stones and massage.And then in the next day, for the first time I had the opportunity to see beautiful Elks, in Quinhuangdao National Wetland, into the big nature reserve, we had another boat trip, but in this time with a old lady that sang to us. An exciting time.Taizhou also gave us a nice experience at Daohe Ancient Street with beautiful chinese lanterns, and Fengcheng River Qiaoyuan during the day and during another special tea moment in a boat, to finish our 6 day’s exploring Jiangsu Province, we could appreciate the lights on in the river and nice chinese melodies. Could not be more special our journey there. We definitely had an amazing time in Jiangsu.
