Koh Chang
Take Tuk-Tuk in about 10 minutes from border to Aranya Prathet bus terminal. Non A/C bus in approximately 3.5 hours to Chantaburi, then A/C bus in around 1.5 hours to trat.

The ferries from Laem Ngop to Ko Chang and return boat start during high season (November to April/May) and at the long weekends daily from 6 am / 6.30 am until 9 pm, mostly all 30 - 45 minutes, 80B go, 120B return
3 piers: ao sapparot, laem ngop, central pier, don’t take the last one.
songthaews are waiting at the Dan Kao Pier (50 baht/person to White Sand beach, 100 baht to Lonely beach). At the Dan Kao Ferry-Pier there may be no taxis available. then walk the 400 metres to Dan Kao Pier.

When arriving on Koh Chang by ferry take a taxi to the very last stop, Bang Bao 7/11.
If you arrive late or have heavy bags please call for pick up, from Bang Bao. Phone box on 7/11 wal. To walk to us is 7 minutes. Walk to the start of the pier, turn right on to a small path. Go around the Remark Puzi, resort keeping left at all times, past the 'Private Land No Entry' sign. Over the bridge then towards the house. Keep going by the water side and you arive at Cliff Cottage.Sounds more complicated than it really is. Just keep left, close to the water and you find us. If your confussed ask for Cliff Cottage or our neighbour Nirvana.

Direction from Bang Bao port:
Take a pick-up taxi to Lonely Beach. Jump off at the end of town area. Take the last road to the left on walk towards the Treehouse Restaurant (5 min walk).
For elephant trekking
Around Klong Prao, 3 elephant camp: ‘Klong Plu Elephant Camp’, ‘Baan Chang Thai’ and ‘Chang Chutiman’ elephant camps. All have around 8-10 elephants and Klong Plu Elephant Camp and Baan Chang Thai, each have 2 year old calves. 500 baht/person for a short trek( 1 hr), 900B for 2 hr.
Namtok Khlong Phlu (น้ำตกคลองพลู) a large and most breathtaking waterfall on Ko Chang with water cascading down 3 tiers of the cliff to a basin, with an entrance located 3 km. from Ao Khlong Phrao plus another 20-minute walk. 200 baht

Red Bus 2 goes from Sukhumvit Rd to Sanam Luang (Ratchdamnoen Klang Rd), very close to Khao San Road. The route is handy for connections to the Skytrain, the MRT and the Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai), and it passes Pantip Plaza(computer hardware and software center) on the way. 7 baht.
Red Bus 15 will take you from Khao San Road to Siam Square，where linked with Ekkamai with BTS
