How can I receive a duplicate confirmation email?
You can look up details of your booking and request a duplicate email confirmation by logging into your account via the 'View/change your booking' option on the easyJet.com home page.
Please note however that you do not need the email confirmation to fly. easyJet is a ticketless airline, so all you need at check-in is your booking reference and positive proof of ID (a passport for International flights, and suitable photographic ID for domestic flights). The email is sent merely as a convenience for customers so that they have an additional record of their travel details.
If you received a booking reference on screen, your booking is confirmed. Failure to receive the confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking.
If the initial (almost immediate) attempt to deliver your confirmation email fails, the easyJet robot will continue to attempt delivery for up to 5 hours. If mail cannot be delivered after this time - because the address does not exist, your mailbox is full, or your mail server is not accepting mail or is unreachable - delivery attempts cease. Around 200 email confirmations a day go undelivered, largely because of typing errors in the email address supplied. Please enter your email address carefully next time!

Passengers who book over the Internet will be sent an email that includes their booking reference and itinerary details, provided they have supplied a valid email address. If you book your seats over the telephone you will receive a confirmation letter detailing your itinerary in the post. Both the email and letter are merely receipts for the customer and neither is required at check-in.
