Southampton University, British Red brick University, a member of Russell university group, one of the world's top 100 universities. It originated from Hartley college, which was founded in 1862, and became a subordinate college of London University in 1902. In 1952, it was officially authorized by the royal family of England to be promoted to a comprehensive university. The university is located in Southampton, a coastal city in the south of England, about 80 miles from London. With strong teaching strength and solid development, the college has developed into an international college with seven campuses and 20000 students, and accepts international students from more than 100 countries every year. The school has trained many famous students, including John Hyde, who participated in the design of Intel Pentium processor, and Stephen pan, the main designer of Queen Mary 2, the world's largest cruise ship. Now Tim Berners Lee, the founder of the world wide web, the father of the Internet, is a professor of the school of computer science.

Southampton University is scattered in the downtown area of Southampton, and there is an art college in the nearby town, so if you want to see the school, you may not have a whole campus. However, the main teaching area and the most beautiful accommodation area of the school is Glen Eyer. The accommodation area can be visited. There are large lawns and woods, and the environment is good.

Most of the tourists probably won't come here, because I have a good friend. After graduation, I will go to graduate school, and then stay for a doctor's degree. So buss didn't go back to London directly after he finished. He went around to Southampton to meet his friends. My friend told me that half of the town was students from Southampton University, and the other half was retired old people from London.

我酷爱网球，在南安普敦大学交流时参加了他们的网球协会。国外大学的各个协会组织完善并且水平很高，从协会里出来的学生甚至可以直接走上该项目的职业化道路。顺便说一句，除了网球协会，根据自己的兴趣以体验为原则我还参加了拳击俱乐部，日本柔术俱乐部以及跳伞俱乐部。这些无与伦比的体验我会单开一个帖子介绍，名字可能就叫我在英国的那些事儿吧。而关于跳伞我会在《随瑜而安》帖子系列的第二篇介绍。

This is the University of Southampton, a University of Russell Group in the UK. It has several campuses. University RD is the largest main community. Many professors of world-famous colleges also have excellent students. The perfect combination of indifference and leisure and modern education. This is my alma mater.
