The seven sisters rock is the coastline of the seven sisters white cliff National Park in the UK. There are seven main white cliffs connected, close to the English channel, so it is called "Seven Sisters". Seven sisters rock is located between Brighton and Eastbourne, rolling for several kilometers. From west to East, the order is to the east of Cuckmere haven. Cliff peaks and their dip angles are named individually. The italics listed below refer to the mountain name. In the summer of 2009, cliff view photos were selected as part of the official desktop wallpaper for Windows 7.

5月初的布莱顿骄阳似火，从坐大巴从码头去七姐妹的路上就一路被海边的艳阳亲吻，到了七姐妹，一路基本没有树木遮挡，全程暴晒，爬到腿断，海边风景还是挺美的，但我们走到人群比较多的那个崖就放弃继续前行了，能走完7座崖再返回的绝对是勇士。从白崖到海滩之间有很陡峭的近路，没有栏杆扶手，比较危险。

Take 12x back and forth, walk for half an hour to the Cape, walk in the wilderness to half under hail.. Because of the strong wind and waves, the beach below was flooded, and cell phones were almost blown away when taking photos.. Take a ride down the mountain. I can't hold it

We went there by bus. We got off the station and there was just beside it, but there was still a certain distance to go to the white cliff. The white cliff is very beautiful. There are two old people in the sun. And we take pictures.

许多游客来到 布莱顿 更多是为了去七姐妹国家公园（Seven sisters country park）做中转城市，当然目的是为了白崖。电影《赎罪》中白崖的取景地就是七姐妹“大姐”的观景点。

这次出行我们选择将南海岸的两条徒步路线结合起来，一是相对西南边的侏罗纪海岸线，二是东南边的七姐妹国家公园。两条路线都可以单独作为一日游，从伦敦出发当日往返，由于我们有三天的假期，便将二者结合起来，顺便到侏罗纪海岸线附近的Weymouth和Isle of Portland转了一圈，整个路线如下图。

When the weather is good, the scenery is very good. After getting off the bus, you can walk for about half an hour. There are several footpaths. When you go, you can walk up the footpath to the small house on the mountain. When you stand on the mountain and see the white cliff, it's very spectacular. When you go back, you need to take off your shoes to cross the river. The river is very shallow and not wide, that is, the stone at the bottom of the river is a little bit I saw sheep on the way back. The scenery was very good all the way.
