Located in a 17th century monastery, the museum exhibits a variety of furniture and traditional utensils. Through different theme display, you can understand all aspects of mountain life.
Opening hours: June September 10:00-19:00, Tuesday off. October may 10:00-18:00, Tuesday off.

Tips
The museum itself looks small outside, but it is very big inside. There is also an exhibition on skiing equipment on the top floor. You can have a look if you are interested.
Reviews
I don't know what's going on in this museum after watching it for a long time. In my humble knowledge, it used to be a monastery. Soon after, as a place where the army was stationed, most of the nuns were expelled. Later, it became a living area for immigrants. Later, it was transformed into a museum by a famous bishop and preserved until now. There are also a number of remains excavated from the Alps and some interesting exhibits in the museum. It's forgotten that the museum is free.

Located in a beautiful 17th century convent at the foot of the fortress mountain, the dorphine museum displays the civilization, handicraft conditions and traditional customs of the Alps, as well as the local skiing history.
