Located deep in central Provence, it's very small and quiet, but it's still an hour or two to get to the lake. It's a good place to hike and see a lot of people playing paragliding here.

To see the most beautiful part of the pineal train, visit San Andre. The train will climb the steepest section of the mountain road, passing the highest point (1022 meters) of the whole line, passing the beautiful Verdon River Canyon, and arriving at San Andrea. There is a pizza restaurant on the square in the center of the small village. Besides delicious pizza, it also provides Alpine specialties such as pied Paguet (Lamb's hoof and mutton belly).

The town of San Andre is said to be the most beautiful town on this road. Maybe it's not too old, charming houses, winding and quiet alleys.
