最早是1626年由国王克里斯蒂安四世下令建造，是哥本哈根北面的防御墙。要塞呈五角星型，要塞的五个角分别命名为国王堡垒、皇后堡垒、伯爵堡垒，公主堡垒和王子堡垒，曾经在19世纪初遭受过英格兰的炮火，那时候纳尔逊率军攻打丹麦，使后者海军全灭。丹麦如今版图所剩无几，但历史上它曾经占领过英国全境，事实上丹麦有数百年都处于占邻国——被反推的循环中。

Earl's castle was built in the 12th century for Viscount carrkason. Arriving late, we can only turn around in the ancient city, but not into it. Karkasson, an old city left by the Romans, is high on the top of the mountain, with towering battlements, solid walls and turrets, which conforms to the imagination of medieval castle in fairy tales. At dusk, there are fewer tourists, but the old city is still bustling, like Phoenix or Zhouzhuang in China, with many small restaurants.

The French student card is very beautiful for free. You can walk around the city wall for a week. There's nothing special inside. But you can overlook the whole castle on the highway. It's a beautiful castle in the fairy tale book

In 1997, the World Heritage Committee commented that since Roman times, the mountain where Carlsson is now has a defensive settlement. The castle, which has gone through history without changing its form, is an outstanding model of the medieval fortress city. The castle is surrounded by strong fortifications, houses, streets and the perfect Gothic cathedral. Carlsson's vital importance is also due to the lengthy restoration work carried out by one of the founders of modern conservation science, the Duke of Viollet Le Duc. According to Wikipedia, when the Romans strengthened the top of the mountain around 100 B.C., karkasson became a strategic location.
