九门胡同

Many of Colmar's streets were named according to the medieval division of labor. For example, leather street, key street, etc. were marked before they went. They knew it at that time, but they couldn't remember it after. As long as it's hundreds of years old, there seems to be a story. Many iron signs on the street are very distinctive. There are many flowers on the balcony of many homes.

Leather district used to be a block where tanners lived together. There are a large number of wooden reinforced houses built in the 17th and 18th centuries. The top floor of these houses usually has many small windows to get the best light for drying leather. The door frame of the wooden reinforced house is generally made of stone. Carefully observe the upper part of the lintel. The small reliefs carved reveal the family's occupation

Sitting on a small train, listening to the voice guide all the way, shuttling through the small town of Colmar. In fact, I don't need to know where it is, walking around, and everything is bursting!

Rue des tanneries is a very beautiful street in the old city area of Colmar. Go along the canal to March é COUVERT De Colmar (Colmar bazaar), the east side of the bazaar is leather street. The small bridge near the bazaar is a very good shooting angle for Colmar. The street is perpendicular to the canal where little Venice is located, and there are smaller canals on the east side of the street itself. The railings above are filled with flowers, which is very beautiful.

Little Venice follows the canal to leather street. The area on the South Bank of the canal is the seafood wharf, which used to be the fishermen's area of Colmar.
