The Church of St. Martin in Windermere lake is a very classical church. It is located in the center of Windermere town. It was built in 1203. It is an active Anglican Church in Windermere Lake parish. The church has been renovated and expanded. The outer walls of the church seem to be built of stone, and the stained glass in the inner windows is very beautiful. In the millennium, the windows of the tower are inserted with colored glass, forming a very splendid tower space. The Church of St. Martin in Windermere is near the lake Bonez. If you take a bus from Windermere railway station, you can get off the bus and visit it for free. It is built in the middle with simple style. There are many tombstones standing on the lawn of the courtyard, and the trees beside the walls are luxuriant.
