Built at the end of the 1st century, the ancient Roman theater in Arles is a Greek Roman amphitheater. Although the theater has been demolished and divided in different degrees in the past few hundred years, its majestic demeanor can still be seen vaguely.

In summer, there are concerts in the theater, which can be accessed from the front door and the back door respectively. The theatre itself is wide enough and well preserved.

The new year's day in 2017 was a bit cold and the theater was not big. You can have a panoramic view on the street. There is an Indian restaurant nearby. It's not good. In fact, I don't understand why there are ancient Roman ruins in Croatia, South France and many other places, and many of them are Arc de Triomphe, theater and Colosseum. Welcome to help me out.
