走遍布列塔尼
沿着绵延的海岸线，佩迪贝堡垒（le fort du Petit Bé）和国家堡垒（le fort national）都可以步行游览参观，这里有着非常特别的景色。格朗贝（Le Grand Bé）同样也是一座可以步行进入的海边岛屿，这里是著名作家夏多布里昂（Châteaubriand）的墓穴之所，他本人就出生在圣马洛。从这些岛屿上眺望，拥有360度无法令人忘却的景观全景。城墙外的其他堡垒也同样可以参观，比如迪阿雷城堡垒（le fort de la cité d\\'Alet）和索利多尔城楼（la Tour Solidor）。

FORT NATIONAL 是在1689年由Vauban 和Garangeau用Chausey的花岗岩所修建的防御工事，其目的是为了防卫圣马洛。坐落于海滨之城的最前端，FORT NATIONAL和翡翠海岸的一众防御工事融为一体。您可以在退潮时经由Sillon海滩前往，届时FORT NATIONAL上会升起法国国旗。

The ancient city wall is 2 kilometers long, and there are several places where you can walk on the wall for free. In the 15th and 17th centuries, it is an important seaport, and the old fortress is still intact.

下午前往旧金山的标志金门大桥，一不小心就开过跑到海的另一边，还好即使偶尔的走入岔路也能邂逅到意料之外的美景，顺便去了国家要塞公园，从前以为日本的还已经足够蓝，看到眼前的沙滩大海才知道原来俊俏的山和蔚蓝的海 是眼前的模样

Like Mount St. Michel, this area has the highest tidal range in the world. You can also watch the surging tide! The national fortress area to the north of the old city shows a beautiful beach and craggy rocks when the tide is low. In the afternoon, many people play here. In the morning, there are few people. It's cold and quiet. It's also great!

远处小岛叫小贝岛，岛上的建筑是国家要塞，每年6月至9月开放，仅在退潮时才能从沙滩步行到达要塞。圣马洛海湾有着欧洲最大的潮汐，涨潮速度非常之快，因此参观前一定了解当天的潮汐情况。

There are many fortresses around San Marlowe, most of them are on the rocks. It is also worthy of being called a fortress, because the terrain and high walls are really easy to defend and hard to attack.
