格拉斯哥虽然是苏格兰第一大城市，但城市其实并不算大，老城区以圣乔治广场为中心，市政厅、中央火车站、皇后大道围绕在四周；在城市的西边则是著名圣芒戈教堂，也就是常说的格拉斯哥大教堂。
Info
Glasgow cathedral is the only medieval Gothic church in Scotland that has preserved its original appearance to this day. Most of the other Gothic churches were destroyed during the religious reform. The church was built in 1136 and is still under construction. Compared with the saint's home church, which Barcelona has been building for more than 100 years, it's very small. The church is divided into church area and tomb. Saint Mungo, the guardian of Glasgow, is buried in the tomb.

It's very beautiful and worth visiting. Several scenic spots in Glasgow are not far away. They are usually visited. Glasgow is similar to many places in the UK. These places in Europe feel very old. Any house is hundreds of years ago.

圣保罗大教堂，没有进去，（后来免费参观完格拉斯哥大教堂后有点后悔没进圣保罗，感觉圣保罗内部会比格拉斯哥大教堂更宏伟）

第二天从爱丁堡坐火车前往威廉堡，在格拉斯哥转车的时候才知道我们要坐的上午十点的火车临时取消了，只能乘坐下午六点的火车（在英国遇到两次火车取消的情况，朋友说这种情况在英国很常见，所以，到了车站要随时留意听车站广播或者与工作人员确认为好）。所以，有了大半天的时间闲逛了火车站附近的格拉斯哥大教堂。

格拉斯哥，做功课时还颇感陌生，去了则倍感亲切。在乔治广场参观了美仑美奂的市政厅。在小山坡上观赏了格拉斯哥大教堂。格拉斯哥大教堂是苏格兰唯一保存其原貌至今的中世纪哥特式教堂，其他的哥特式教堂大多在宗教改革期间被破坏了。这座教堂兴建于公元1136年，如今依然在修建中。巴塞罗那修了100多年还在修的圣家堂跟它比起来就小巫见大巫了。
