Opening hours: Clo Luz Castle Da Vinci park is open to the public all year round, even at noon (except December 25 and January 1). The scenic area is open to the public in the peak tourist season (March 1 to November 15). From 10:00 to 18:00 in January, from 9:00 to 19:00 in February to June, from 9:00 to 20:00 in July to August, from 9:00 to 19:00 in September to October, from 9:00 to 18:00 in November to December; on December 24, the ticket office will be closed at 16:30, usually one hour in advance.

Leonardo da Vinci was recommended by the Medici family to serve the pope in the holy see at that time, but the Pope was really blind and didn't reuse him, making him idle. When the French king invited Leonardo to France, he accepted it. When he came to the Loire Valley, the French king gave the castle of Chloe Luz to Da Vinci to live in, and gave him rich treatment, so that Da Vinci could create art freely.
