The cathe é drale Sainte Marie majeure de Marseille is a Roman Catholic cathedral. It is a historical site in France. It was granted the throne temple in 1896. The church was built from 1852 to 1896 in the Byzantine Roman style. Most of the old cathedral has been demolished, and the rest stands aside, dwarfed by the new one.

由于上午想去蔚蓝海岸上的峡湾看看，马赛只花了半天时间在老港转，另外在新港边的购物中心les Terrasses du Port买了点衣服，顺便看看夜景，购物中心不远处预约了一家酒店大堂一楼的餐厅la Table Euromed，为了尝鲜马赛鱼汤，如果有一天的时间建议可以去顺路的欧洲及地中海文明博物馆逛逛，看场馆外观就觉得很现代化、很有设计感，在马赛主教座堂拍拍照，能体会到浓浓的地中海风情，受希腊意大利的影响更多，马赛与巴黎里昂的风情略有不同。
