It's called the new bridge. It's actually the oldest bridge in Toulouse. It is highly recommended that the night scenery here is bright in the evening, and the buildings on the new bridge and the left bank are reflected in the Garonne River. It's very pleasant to drink and chat by the river in summer.

Why is the old bridge in the 16th century called the new bridge? Five centuries later, the bridge is still in use and open to traffic.

When I went there, the weather was not very good. I felt that the whole bridge was old, gray and not very beautiful. But the scenery nearby was very good. If the weather was good, it would be suitable for everyone to have a picnic

The new bridge, built in the 16th century and built for nearly 100 years, offers a panoramic view of the river bank. At a glance, the width of the lake is rarely comparable. The red brick building L'ile de tounis on the left bank in the 18th century is in sharp contrast with the grassland La Prairie de filtres on the right bank, adding a lot of color to the bridge landscape. The lake is sparkling, especially pure, which is matched with the opposite river bank. The scenery is amazing!

I saw this bridge when I was walking along the Ganon river. It seems that I passed this bridge on the way to the airport, just by taking the bridge.

Although it's called new bridge, it was built hundreds of years ago. It can be seen from the vicissitudes of the bridge. In the past, people designed bridge holes for the purpose of flood discharge. Otherwise, when the winter snow melts, the snow water will flow into the river and the sea water will pour into the city without flood discharge facilities. At that time, the black death was prevalent. In order to prevent the spread of the black death, people arranged the black death patients on the opposite bank, while those who were not infected were arranged on the other bank, only through the new bridge
