This well preserved town is surrounded by the city wall. Many shops and restaurants are located on both sides of the flagstone road. Provence market in the city is a famous fresh market, so it's better to walk around.

12 km from Cannes to Antibes, a half-hour drive along the coastal highway D6007. Antibes have a typical Mediterranean climate, warm in winter and cool in summer. The city was built in the 5th century BC. Since the middle of the 19th century, rich people from all over Europe have discovered the excellent natural environment of Antibes and built luxury houses there. Climb up the old city wall and overlook the beautiful snow mountain.

It's very small. There are no monuments, no Chinese restaurants. Michelin restaurant is not as good as Mougins. The facilities of the cinema are very old. There are few buses and frequent strikes. Most of the summer at the seaside is full of people. Express delivery, bank and supermarket are generally poor in English. The road is narrow. There are always traffic jams. There are few parking spaces. We need to rob them. The police didn't accept the report at 8 p.m. So what? It's five-star high praise. After living for several years, I have feelings and gradually like this small town. It's suitable for vacation and not suitable for tourism.

16世纪的城墙目前还保存完好，包围着昂蒂布老城（Vieil Antibes），神奇的是城墙上如今修成了一条单行路，也算是城里比较宽的路之一了。离开的时候从这里走了一下，来的时候是穿过城里的普罗旺斯市场的，虽然已经临近收摊，那也叫一个热闹和不好走。城里大教堂罗马风格的钟楼，12世纪就在那里了。

Antibe, about 30 kilometers from nice. The old town is not very sincere. It will be finished in a short time. However, the old cities and towns in Europe are well protected. Walking on those old streets, looking at the surrounding shops, or sitting in a coffee shop and tasting a cup of coffee, there are indeed different artistic conceptions. There are not many tourists in the town, so there won't be the noise of the metropolis.

We spent two nights in twin cities of Antibes and Juan Les pins. It's better for a holiday than nice or Cannes. Many Europeans choose to take a long holiday here.
