Most of the buildings you can see here are built in Victorian times, such as the stone city hall. Around the square are statues of Scotland's historical celebrities, such as the great inventor James Watt, General John Moore, etc. the most distinguished position is left to the great writer Scott, who is standing at the top of the column monument in the center of the square.

Glasgow, a modern and active city, has a magnificent relic dating back to the middle ages, that is, Glasgow Cathedral in the 12th century, also known as high Kirk of Glasgow, kentigern cathedral or ST Mungo cathedral. The dark steeples and green roofs of the church stand out from other contemporary buildings in the city. The cemetery of the famous Scottish saints and the beautiful Victorian cemetery attract many tourists. Although Glasgow cathedral has tall windows, the light in the church is still very dim, so the church is covered with a mysterious romantic atmosphere. The stately Gothic arches draw your attention to the 32 meter high, repeatedly renovated wood ceiling and panels dating back to the 14th century. Another amazing thing is the massive stone Choir seat, which is engraved with the seven original sins. All stained glass windows were made after 1947, but they were equally beautiful. The door of the sanctuary is just behind the choir seat, in the left corner of the church. This is a historic site, where the University of Glasgow was founded in 1451. The most curious part of the church is the beautiful and ancient basement. The tomb under the vault is the resting place of Saint kentiger and is best known by its nickname Saint mungo. The saint converted some Scots to Christianity in the 6th century. He is also the guardian saint of Glasgow cathedral. That's why the symbol of St. mugg can be seen in the Glasgow City Emblem. There is a bird, a tree, a clock and a fish with a ring in it. The fish with the ring means that the saint finds the Queen's ring in the fish belly, which saves her from the legend of doubting her husband's punishment. Originally, it was St. Andrews, but the bridge to St. Ann was closed because of the strong wind, so it went to Glasgow instead. I went to see the strategies the night before. They all said that the landscape of Glasgow University was beautiful. I took advantage of the shopping time given by free activities and took the male ticket to go by subway. Maybe it's good luck. I walked most of the campus in half an hour. I ran into the sun rain in the golden sunshine between the two mountains, and then I saw two big rainbows. The whole school is in the new year's Day holiday, almost no one, but the ancient quiet, very quiet. The two campuses look across the valley, which is unique. (Geda should be divided into two campuses because of the terrain, but I have no sense of direction, and I can't distinguish what campuses are).

This art gallery is also in the center of the city. The environment is pretty good. The exhibits inside are actually more interesting than the statues of knights at the gate. The funny traffic bucket on the top of the statues of knights has become a symbol of Glasgow. Yu Tong came here in the morning to shoot the statues of David's bucket Feel the artistic environment in Glasgow is quite similar. Feel that I like this place very much

The cemetery has been described as a unique representation of Glasgow in the Victorian era, built in Glasgow as the second urban empire. It reflects the feeling of confidence and wealth and security at the time. "This is to commemorate the city's merchant ancestors and the remains of almost every famous Glasgow that contains its day. Leading Glasgow architects include Alexander 'Greek' Thomson, Bryce, Hamilton and mackintosh designed monuments to decorate it. Their design is carried out by professional stonemasons and sculptors who contribute the highest quality of ornate and sculptural details. The cemetery seeks to be the most prominent cemetery in Europe, with special contributions to its urban landscape, its symbolic relationship to Glasgow cathedral and the city's medieval heart. The Glasgow landmark is open to the public. This is also a "garden" of research value by Glasgow. Looking west on a clear day, one can see the Clyde valley surrounded by hills of coval, Kyle and cunninghame.

No reservations, no tour guides. We went there just to climb up and see the scenery. Go straight to the street in buchana, Google map can search, then take the escalator, don't take the elevator, forget which floor it is on, anyway, you can see the revolving stairs when you go to a passage. It's great. You can enjoy the panorama of gra when you go up. There's a panorama on the 7th floor, of course, but get out and take the elevator.

Glasgow botanical garden is a botanical garden and park at the western end of Glasgow, Scotland. This Glasgow botanical garden is a typical British Garden, which shows the beauty of man-made nature. Choose the species of plants, so the landscape in the garden is different in four seasons; plan the planting location, so the distribution of plants has a sense of hierarchy. Naturally, plants should be allowed to grow freely to minimize unnecessary pruning. The botanical garden, which was established in 1817 and operated by the Royal Botanical Association of Glasgow, was originally used for the University of Glasgow, as well as for concerts and other activities. In 1891, the botanical garden was merged into Glasgow City Park and botanical garden. The botanical garden is characterized by several greenhouses, the most famous of which is the kibble palace. Built in 1860's, Qibo palace is made of iron and inlaid with nearly 100000 pieces of glass. Qibo palace moved from John Qibo's home to Glasgow botanical garden in 1873. It was originally used for exhibitions and performances, but later it was gradually used to cultivate some temperate plants. Besides plants, there are also some sculptures in Qibo palace.
