木兰天池历史悠久，在武汉郊外属于，天池上方有一个很大的水库，到了木兰天池门口进去以后需要走路，大概一个小时才能到，另外中午食物最好自带，建议体力较好的人上去，我们当时走的时候体力比较好所以没怎么用劲就上去了，中途没有吃饭点。到了上面才有。到了上面可以看到湖，可以走小路穿越至另一端也可以做滑倒下去，里面有小孩子玩的滑梯，30元，上面有一根铁链桥，一定要去走走。关于住宿:天池上面有住的，大约150一晚，食物也不贵。关于交通:可以在武汉坐车503到武汉客运港(汉口江滩入门口旁边)坐上午的车，上午发车每个小时一趟，学生证有优惠。建议下午回，记得四点之前要下山！不然没车了！我们当时也是早上去的武汉客运港。买了个来回票，然后就出发了，大概2个多小时达到木兰天池，进去之后就看了下景色，之后就一直走在上山的路上。大概走了很长的路吧，路上有卖水的，但是吃饭的地方几乎没有。到了最上面看到天池之后还可以走小路到农家乐那边，那边吃饭的地方比较多，住宿也有。住宿不过太贵了点吧。可能也是因为自己是学生。另外到了天池的顶端那里有娱乐的项目，滑下来之后的项目，30元一个人吧大概，具体的记不清楚了。建议：下山一定最好在3点半的时候就开始启程了。因为来回票反回的时间是4点半最晚。不要错过了时间。门票：我们买的套票，就是包车来回和景区门票的那种，总共是70多来着（因为有学生证）。另外记得背点东西，上山很费体力的。
