21 Days Iceland - Dublin - London21天冰岛-爱尔兰-伦敦Part 1第一篇Day 0 14 October 2016, H and I embarked on a 21 days tour of 3 countries. We took a Turklish Airline from Singapore and transit at Istanbul and reached Gatwick airport. From Gatwick airport we took Icelandic Air to Iceland capital Reykjavik. We decide to take Icelandic Air as it allowed 23kg one piece check-in per person as we have bought our own sleeping bag and tentage to Iceland. After a gruelling 17hours flight we reached Reykjavik at 1500 hours 15 October. At the airport, we bought a Siminn SIM card cost us 2,990 isk.零日 10月14日2016年， H 和我开始二十一日三国游。我们程搭土耳其航空从新加坡到以斯坦布尔在搭去伦敦的Gatwick机场。之后再搭冰岛航空到达冰岛。我们搭冰岛航空是因为可以托运23公斤的行李。经过十七的小时，我们终于到达冰岛首都Reykjavik。在机场，我们花了2，990isk 买电话卡。Day 1 15 Oct The airport we took a flybe bus to our the bus terminal. We bought the ticket online before we reached Iceland which is cheaper but just make sure you printout the ticket beforehand. From the bus terminal, we walked about 45 minutes to our AirBnB host, it could have been much nearer but unfortnately the GPS lead us to a long detour. After settling it around evening time. We cooked instant noodle with canned beef for dinner and have an early night.第一天， 十月十五日，我们程搭机场巴到市中心的巴士站。在网上似先买票比较便宜不过要事先打应出来。从巴士站要步行四十五分钟才到达预定的住所。其时如果没走远路可能十五分钟就到了。我们休息了一下便煮晚餐。晚餐是面和灌头牛肉。Day 2 16 Oct The next morning, we started our day early. First, we went to the Hallgrimskirkja, the Church of Hallgrimur.第二天， 十月十六日， 一大早，我们便步行到Hallgrimskirkja, the Church of HallgrimurHallgrimskirkja, the Church of Hallgrimur.We walked around the capital. It was a quiet morning but the capital was flooded with tourists and we don't really see any local around. We then walked to the famous hot dog stand and have a late brunch eating the famous Hotdog. (www.bbp.is). Hotdog cost 840isk for 2.之后我们便在市中心走走，早上很安静不过有很多游客，并没有看到很多当地人。我们布行到出名的热狗店买来吃。两个八百四十iskHot dog Stand 日狗店After our late brunch, we went to buy a gas cylinder(1,695isk) at Ellingsen for our stove and yes we brought a stove head along as we had planned to camp. Follow by a trip to Bonus supermarket where we spent about 2400isk stocking up grocery such as egg, fruit, bacon, bread, vegetable etc. We went back to our AirBnb to drop our shopping and went out again. Walking along the old harbour area along the coast. We went to the Sun Voyager and then to the Harpa concert hall. At the same time, we search around for a famous fish and chip stand along the harbour area. After much walking and asking around, we were told it was not opened. Hence, we make our way back to our AirBnB. On the way back, we went by another supermarket Kontran and bought our dinner(One whole grilled chicken) there spending 3357isk.吃饱后，我们便去买煤气。一桶一千六百九十五isk。是的，我们带了煤气头并准备扎营。我们也去了一趟Bonus超市花了约两千四百isk买食物如鸡蛋，面包，菜等等。过后我们回去住的地方放下东西在出门。我们沿着码头走，去了Sun Voyager 和Harpa concert hall。我们也在找鱼和酥条点，走啊走才发现到并没开门。夜色也黑了，我们便走会住的地方，不过，也去了Kontran超市买了烤鸡来当晚饭。那里花了三千三百五十七isk。Day 3 17 Oct Yet another early day for us. We walked about 2km to our rental car company to pick up our car. We had rented a 4WD Kia Carens running on diesel from Blue Car Rental. We had bought all excess except for vehicle theft and opt for only 1 driver. H will be the driver for the whole trip and oh yes, we did not rent any GPS either, we opt to use our phone apps instead. Interestingly, the fuel is not fully top up so we have to drove 50m to the petrol kisok to top up our petrol. About 3/8 tank cost us 5,190 isk. That the beginning of our self driving trip. First thing first, we drove back to our AirBnB to pick up our luggage, check-out and then to Þingvellir National Park. We had booked a snorkelling trip to the Sifra. Reached there in time. Paid a total of 33,800isk for the snorkelling. Certainly an expensive experience, water was freezing cold so we had thermal wetsuit on.第三天， 十月十七日，还是早起的一天。我们步行两公里去取车。我们从Blue Car Rental 租了一俩4WD的材油车。买了各种保险除了偷车保险，车只有一位驾驶者那就是H了。我们也没租导航系统，选择用手机来导航。很有趣的是，车油尽没有被打满，我们到附近的油站打满油（三份之八要五千一百九十isk）之后便到住所拿行李。自驾游马上开始。第一个地方Þingvellir National Park我们在网上订了在Sifra的潜，浮两人要价三万三千八百isk。价钱不菲， 不过是一个值得的经验。水虽冷不过有发我们防冻的潜浮装。Snorkelling in Sifra 在Sifra潜浮Snorkelling guide was a Mexican with an Icelandic girlfriend. Was told pay is good but cost of living also very high. We also paid 500isk for parking charges. On hindisght, I wonder is it really a need to pay?潜浮导游是一名墨西哥人拥有冰岛朋友，他告诉我们这里的薪金很好不过生活费也很高。我们也付了五百isk的停车费，事后想，其实徐要付吗？After snorkelling, we went or a hike around Þingvellir National Park visiting place of interest such as Almannagjá canyon and the wooden church.潜浮后，我们便在Þingvellir National Park 远足到景点如Almannagjá canyon and the wooden church。Wooden Church 木教堂We end the first day of driving early and went to Selfoss campsite for the night. Cost us 2,800 isk. It have shower areas and a kitchen.我们完成第一天的自驾然后到Selfoss营地过夜。营地两人要两千八百isk，那里有浴室和共用厨房。First night in our tent. 第一晚的扎营。Weather was cold at around 5 degree celcius tentage in the campsite. Most sleep in the car, van or campervan.天气很冷，大约五度而已。大多都睡在车里过夜。Dinner 晚餐Yes, we brought our pot, cup, and cultery along as well. Had, tomato rice, egg and bacon and wash down with Coke for dinner.是的我们自备了餐具。晚餐是蕃茄饭，鸡蛋，培根加可乐。Day 4 18 Oct We went to Kerios Crater Lake, Geysir and the magnificent Gulfloss as well as Hrunalaug Natural Hot Spring which is free. There is no changing room except a little hut for changing. After we are done for the day, we proceed to the next campsite. It was a campervan park. There is not kitchen although there is proper toilet and shower facilities. We also top up 2,000isk of diesel as well along the way.第四天， 十月十八日 我们去了Kerio Crater Lake, Geysir 和景光优美的Gulfoss。也去了Hrunalaug天然温泉，是免费的不过只有一个小木屋可换衣服并没有隐私。玩完后，我们便到下一个地方过夜。它是一个露营车园。没有厨房不过有厕所和浴室。在来的路中，我们也加了两千isk的材油。GulflossDay 5 19 Oct We drove to Seljalandfloss. After that, we drove to look for Seljavallalaug pool which is the first public swimming pool in Iceland. It was a tough search, we used our grit and walked along a trail beside a stream for about 30 minutes before we manage to find it. And it was amazing and unbelieveable that there is indeed a swimming pools built out of nowhere.第五天， 十月十九日， 我们自驾到Seljalandfloss瀑布， 之后我们便去找Seljavallalaug泳池。据说，Seljavallalaug泳池是冰岛第一个公共游泳池。这泳池好难找啊。我们费了九牛二虎之力才找到。原来必须跟着小溪布行三十分钟才会到达。很神奇和不可置信在慌山野岭出现了一个游泳池。The changing room have a back with mountain.更衣间后边是山The other side is where we walked in. Note, the pipe at the end which is pumping in warm water to the pool.我们是从这里走进来的。远方的水管就是把烧水送进泳池的。We skipped the Solheimasandur Plane Wreck as we are behind schedule and we reckon there isn't a lot to see there other than photo shot opportunity.We drove straight to Skogafoss. We reached our hostel beside Skagfoss but unable to check in as check in time is 3pm. We then drove to Skagfoss and by then it is raining quite heavily. We have a quick tour of Skagfoss and when we are back at our hostel, it time to check in. We had booked a private room with share bathroom. We did not rent the linen as we had brought along our sleeping bag. The hostel do come with a common kitchen. You can find many budget tourist preparing their meal for the next few days. We didn't go out after checking in as it was raining for the rest of the day. We were pretty lucky as we had book a hostel to stay for the night upfront.由于我们已晚了，我们决定跳过Solheimasandur飞机残骸，反正，我们觉得并没有什么好看的除了拍几张照片。于是，我们便驾去Skagoss。到了宿舍但不可以check in， 要三点之后才可以check in。 为有到Skagoss去但是外边下着大雨。当雨小了一点，我们便去游览Skagoss. 到了三点，我们便回到宿舍check in。我们顶订了一个私人房间。厕所是共用的。由于我们有自备睡袋所以不必租床布。宿舍也有共用的厨房，可以看到很多背包客准备下几天的食物。由于，天还在下雨，我们也没出去。很庆幸的是我们今晚有预订宿舍住。Day 6 20 Oct We drove to the Dyrholaey which had a arch with a hole in it and then to Reynisfjara which is the black sand beach and the basalt sea stack, visit the Vik church, top up another 2,000 isk of diesel.Next, we drove to look for the Hjörleifshöfði rock alas we can't find it and neither do we want to spend too much time on it. Next, we drove to Fjadrargljufur, which is a canyon. There, you can another amazing view.第六天， 十月二十日，我们退房后便自驾到Dyrholaey, 那里是出名在arch with a hole。看完后便去Reynisfjara也就是黑沙滩和玄武岩也去了Vik教堂。途中也再加了两千isk的材油。过后，我们便驾去找Hjörleifshöfði 石头，可惜找不着， 也不想花很多时间找便放弃了。放弃后，我们便去了Fjadrargljufur峡谷。那里的风景很壮光。Fjadrargljufur 峡谷From Fjadrargljufur, we drove to Kirkjugolf to see the church floor. Kind of disappointed as it wasn't what we had expected.从Fjadrargljufur， 我们驾去Kirkjugolf看church floor。好失望，并不象我们所想向的。KirkjugolfAfter our disappointment, we drove to Vatnajokull National Park. From the park website, the campsite was closed due to poor weather. Nevertheless, we decide to proceed ahead as there aren't any alternative campsite nearby. We reach there early and found many car, campervan in the park carpark. Interestingly, although, it was noted the campsite was closed, after the park office closed and nightfall, vehicle gradually move into the campsite from the carpark. Most have cooked their dinner and wash up before moving to the campsite for the night. We did not shower for the night as it was freezing cold and we need to pay to use the shower facilities. We did change our inner wear.失望后，便开车到Vatnajokull国家公园。从园的网页，是说营地是关闭的。我们还是去了因为附近并没有有开的其它园地。我们到了还很早，并发现停车场有好些车啊。很有趣的是，当园办公室关门后，车子也慢慢的移去营地。大多是煮了饭，吃饱了冲好了才移去营地过夜。当晚，我们也冲凉因为天气太冷了，冲凉也要付钱。不过，我们有还内衣。Our dinner, instant noodle with canned beef and 2 eggs.晚餐，方便面加罐头牛肉和两粒鸡蛋。Day 7 21 Oct We had planned to trek to Svartifoss the day before, but due to poor weather the trail was closed. In the morning, although the trail was opened, we decide not to do the trek as the trail as still wet. Instead, we went on to another trail when we reach a glacier lagoon.第七天， 十月二十一日，我们原本计划要去Svartifoss的，但由于老天不作枚，步道关闭无法去。我们便去另一个步道去看冰湖。See the far end is the glacier. 远方就是冰川了。After we are done with the trek, we went to the other 2 glacier lagoon, Fjallsarlon Glacier Lagoon and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. Along the way, we picked up a French girl hitchhiker. She is a student doing her gap year i.e taking a year off school. It was cold and rainy when we picked her up.From there we drove about 300 kilometres to Seyoisfjorour doing a small detour and dropped her to where she is going. From Seyoisfjorour, we drove to Egilsstaoir campsite for the night. Well, we have reached there after nightfall where it is dark. The campwarden have gone home for the night and we have a free night stay. There was shower and toilet plus coin operated washer and dryer in the campsite. On the way, we made 2 trips to the gas station and pump 8,000 isk of diesel and made a trip to Bonus spending 2,000 isk to replenish our food supply as well.完成了远足，我们也自驾去了两个冰湖（Fjallsarlon 和 Jökulsárlón）。途中，我们也顺便载了一个法国人。她是一名大学生现在修了一年的学，当时天气很冷也在下雨。从冰湖，我们驾了约三百公里到Seyoisfjorour，沿途绕了个弯去送她到目地地。从Seyoisfjorour， 我们驾到Egilsstaoir营地过夜，到达那里天以黑了。管理员也下班了我们也免费的住了一晚。那个营地有浴室和厕所，也有付费洗衣机和烘干机。途中，我们也加了八千isk的材油和去了一趟Bonus超市花了两千isk买食物。Day 8 22 OctToday, we start the day late, we drove to Detifoss and Selfoss.第八天， 十月二十二日，我们出发比较晚，去了一趟Detifoss和Selfoss， 两个瀑布。DetifossNext it is to Nmafjall Geothermal area where we can see the geo-thermal pool. I was told electricity is cheap in iceland as it power came from Geo-thermal. After a quick tour of Nmafjall Geothermal area, we move on next to Grjótagjá cave. This cave sit in a private land, it is an underground cave, water is too warm to go for dip in it, altthough some visitors do put their feet in the water to feel the warmness. From there, we drove a short distance to Pseudo Crater which incidentally also sit on the private farmland. You can see sheep grazing in the farmland around the crater. The owner does not charge any entrance fee either. After an hour hike, we move on to Godafoss, known as waterfall of God. After that, we call it a day and drove to the town of Akureyri. We headed to Camp Harmar which is pretty much far from the town center. The campsite is huge but only a small section is opened at this time of the year. There is a kitchen at the campsite entrance which we were told. There is the usual toilet and shower faclitities in the campsite. When we arrived, we were the only one in the campsite, gradually as more vehicles arrived later into the night. As usual, we slept in the car for the night. Camping cost is 2,700 isk and we dropped by Netto which is another supermarket to pick up another grilled chicken for dinner and some groccery as well which set us back another 1,797 isk.下一站是Nmafjall地热区，那里可以看到很多地热池喷出浓烟。过后我们去了Grjótagjá 洞。这个洞位于私人土地，洞在地低下，水温很烧不适于游泳只能泡脚来感觉水的温热。从那里我们驾了一小段路到达Pseudo Crater， 这地方也位于私人农场。这里可以看见山羊吃草，农场主也不收进门费。经过了一个小时的远足后，我们在驾了到Godafoss，也叫神的瀑布。待了一活，在驾了去Akureyri镇也结速了这一天的自驾行。我们去了Harmar营地，营地离镇中心廷远的。营地占地不小，不过只有一小部份在十月份开放。营地进口有的共用厨房。跟其他营地一样也有浴室和厕所。我们到达时只有我们一辆车。随着夜深一点，车也多了，可能这地方不好找吧。跟平时一样，我们睡在车上，营地费是两千七百isk，我们在这之前也去了一趟Netto超市买了一只烤鸡。Day 9 23 Oct We start the day early, spent another 5,000 isk to top up our diesel. Next stop Barnaboss, another waterfall. It was a wet and misty day and we had to drive slowly.第九天， 十月二十三日，我们天亮便出发，花了五千isk加材油。下一站，Barnaboss瀑布。地上很湿，路上也有雾。See the misty road infront, we are driving into the mist.路的能见度很低，我们要驾进雾里了！The road to Barnaboss is off the ring road. And that where thing happen. In the midst of avoiding a puddle of water, we got ourselves stuck in soft mud.去Barnaboss的路需要绕离环路，那也就是我们遇到状况的地方。为了闪避一池水，我们的车绕了到像是路的松土上，结果车卡在松土里。You can see this side of the wheel stuck in the soft soil trying to avoid the puddle of water on the right.图案上可以看到车轮卡在松土里为了躲避右边的水池。We were very lucky after about 20 minutes wait, a truck transporting sheep came along. The local icelandic stop and offer help, however we do not have any ropes with us so they told us they will send the sheep first to another farm and comeback with a rope to help us and off they go. True to their word, they return with a rope after about 50 minutes and a tractor. The tractor was able to lift the car out of the soft soil after 2 attempts. We told ourselves, it must be the good karma we have performed the day before by taking on a hitchhiker in the cold and wet weather the day before.很辛运，等了约二十分钟，一辆当地人送羊的卡车路过也停下来想帮忙，但没绳子。当地人告诉我们他们先去送羊到牧场再回来也会带一条绳子。等了大概五十分钟，他们回来了也带来了绳子和拖拉机。托拉机用了两次才把车拉起来。我跟H 说一定是那天载了那法国人做了一件好事才有今天的回报。As a result of this, we decided to abandon our plan to drive to Barnaboss. Instead we drove straight to the next AirBnb accomodation although before that we stop by another gas station to top up 3,000 isk of diesel.我们也放弃了去Barnaboss，直接驾到下一的住所去，中途也加了三千isk的材油。Our cute little AirBnb accomdation, it is only a sleeping place. The toilet, shower faclitities is in another building and there is also a hot tub and common kitchen as well. There are a few of these accomdations in the site.我们住的小巧可爱的住所，只能睡觉。厕所，浴室在另一座建筑，那里有共用厨房和热水浴缸。Day 10 24 Oct We check out of the AirBnB after our breakfast of instant noodle, egg and ham. As today is a spare day which we have catered, we decided to drove round Snæfellsjökull National Park. And oh man, it is such a scenic route to drove around although it quite a long drive and we top up another 4,000 isk of diesel and groccery at Netto supermarket for dinner.第十天， 十月二十四日，我们吃了早饭离开了住所，今天我们并没有记划任何行程。H说不如去环绕Snæfellsjökull国家公园。一想不到的是那里好优美啊，虽然行程很长，途中，我们加了四千isk的材油和去了Netto超市买了菜准备晚饭。By the time, we arrive at the next AirBnB accomodation, it already nightfall.The AirBnB was a small little place with a mini kitchen, bed and toilet but no shower. Hence, we can only wipe down using a wet towel. It is also situation beisde a stream and as it is so dark, we didn't have a chance to take a picture of the surrounding.到了住所已经是黑夜了。地方很小，有一个眯妮厨房，床和厕所没有浴室。我们也只能用湿毛巾抹身体。住所位于一条小溪边，由于天很黑并没机会拍付近的照。Day 11 25 Oct We start the day very early as we will be driving almost 200 Km back to Reykjavík to complete the ring road and to make the Blue Lagoon booking at 9am. We reached Blue Lagoon just in time for our 9am appointment. On the way we paid a 1,000 isk for the toll road.第十一天， 十月二十五日。天没亮，我们便出发了，必须要驾约两百公里回首都到蓝湖因为我们预约了九点钟进去。回到了首都也完成了环绕冰岛环路的自驾游。回途中也付了一千isk的过路费。After soaking in the pool, we have our lunch at Blue Lagoon restaurant, that the highlight of our trip as beside the hotdog, this is the 2nd time we eat out in Iceland. H have artic choke and I had fish as the main course.在蓝湖泡完水后，我们去了蓝湖餐厅吃午餐。这是整个自驾游的未一在餐馆吃的一餐。H点了artic choke 为主食而我点了鱼为我的主食。After our symptous lunch courtesy of H, we drove to our AirBnB accomodation after topping up another 1,000 isk of diesel. The AirBnB was near the airport as we have arranged to return the car at the airport instead of in the city office. We spent the rest of the day unpacking and packing our belonging to make sure it does not violate the lugguage amount we have bought as well as washing up the car.这顿丰盛的一餐由H买当。加了一千isk的材油后，便驾去住所，住所离机场只有二十分钟的路程，我们的出租车也预约在明天一大早还在机场。接下来的天，我们便收拾行李及清洗车。Day 12 26 Oct We check out of AirBnB accomodation at dawn and pump 500 isk of diesel to ensure it meet the mark and drove to the airport to return the car. In the duty free, we purchase some liquior and chocolate and used up all the isk that we have. Our flight is 620am and off we go to Dublin Ireland via Wow Air.第十二天， 十月二十六日，我们一大早离开住所，加了五百isk的材油驾到机场还车。在免税店买了酒和巧克力也用完我们的isk。飞机六点二十分起飞，我们搭航WoW Air 飞往爱尔兰首都都柏林。这样也依依不舍的结束了冰岛自驾游。爱尔兰我们来了！！！
