图尔库城堡(Turun linna)是图尔库最有名的景点，这座军事防御的城堡始建于1280年，旧城堡部分用了280年时间。文艺复兴式的新堡部分则是在1574-1588年间建的，包括国王和王后大厅。当时的图尔库还属于瑞典的领地。瑞典国王来芬兰都住在这里，有14位瑞典国王以此为行宫。二战中城堡遭破坏，战后经修复，新堡部分被改成图尔库文化历史博物馆。城堡还有18到20世纪的古钱币和徽章展览。现在里面是一个历史博物馆。
